- Departures: h. 08.00 - 10.00, saturday or sunday

- Guests have to provide for the final cleaning or pay for it:
      Two rooms apartment: €. 30,00
      Three rooms apartment: €. 40,00

- Telephone (per unit): €. 0,13

- Babybed € 10 per week, High chair € 5 per week, only on request

- Pets non allowed

Refund of the deposit in case of cancellation:
Until 45 days before arrival: 100%
Until 30 days before arrival: 50%
After these terms: no refund
