Hotel Residence Zust is owned by the family-run company Malù srl, founded many years ago by the Manoni family, which has been managing a camp-site on Lake Maggiore, Camping Village Isolino in Verbania-Fondotoce, as well as the Camping Village Continental, also in Verbania-Fondotoce, but on the shores of Lake Mergozzo.

The family also runs the Residence Isolino, which sits on a hilltop above Verbania-Fondotoce, and the recently acquired Golf of Verbania, now called Golf Continental Verbania.

The experience and the desire to welcome tourists in a friendly environment and in a cutting-edge facility has characterized the success of the accommodations facilities owned by the Manoni family, at both national and international level,  recording thousands of overnight stays on Lake Maggiore.
