📍 Where is Hotel Residence Zust located?

Hotel Residence Zust is located in Verbania Intra, on the western shore of Lake Maggiore, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Guests can reach the Borromean Islands (Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori) and Stresa by private boat: during high season, a boat trip is organized, allowing visitors to explore the lake while leaving the car at the hotel.
Alternatively, there is a bus stop in front of the reception with direct connections to the center of Verbania Intra and Pallanza.

📅 When does it open for the summer season?

The hotel has a seasonal opening, and in 2026 it will be open from March 27th to October 5th, 2026.

🕐 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM onwards, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.
On the day of departure, guests may continue to use the swimming pool.

🌊 Does the property have a pool and private beach?

Yes, the property features an outdoor pool (April 24 – September 27, 2026) with a solarium and access to a private equipped beach, reachable via an underpass.
The pool is not heated.
During high season, pedal boats and canoes can be rented directly at the beach.

📶 Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, including the pool area.

🚗 Are there parking facilities?

Free outdoor parking is available, as well as free parking spaces in the internal garage, subject to availability. No reservation is required.

👶 Are there services suitable for families with children?

Yes, the hotel offers an outdoor playground in the pool park and a small indoor playroom.
During low season, special offers are available for children up to 5 years old.
Guests at Hotel Residence Zust can also access Camping Village Isolino and Continental in Verbania Fondotoce, on Lake Maggiore and Lake Mergozzo, and enjoy all services and activities for children and adults.
To enter, simply request the bracelet at our reception.

🥐 Is breakfast included?

For guests staying in hotel rooms, breakfast is usually included (unless otherwise indicated) and is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
For guests staying in apartments, breakfast can be requested in the breakfast room at a cost of €15 per person (€5 for children aged 3–5) and must be booked the day before at the reception by 4:00 PM.
Fresh bread can also be ordered by this time.
For food intolerances or allergies, please contact our staff. Gluten-free options are available.

🍴 Is there a restaurant?

The property does not have a restaurant. The pool bar is open from late May to early September and offers snacks, drinks, and cocktails.

🏡 What types of accommodation are available?

The property offers:

• Hotel rooms (double, double for single use, triple, quadruple)

• Apartments (one- and two-bedroom units with equipped kitchen)

All accommodations include amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, and linens.
Apartments have been renovated in the last three years.
Air conditioning is available from June 1st to August 31st.

Yes, apartments come with an equipped kitchen for a fully independent stay.

🍼 Can baby beds or high chairs be rented?

Yes. For hotel room guests, a baby bed (for children up to 5 years) can be rented at €10 per night.
For apartment guests, baby beds and high chairs are available at €3.50 and €2.50 per night, respectively.

⛵ Is boat mooring available?

Yes, the property has a floating dock for boat mooring.
During high season, boat excursions departing directly from the dock are organized.

🎯 What activities are available nearby?

The location is ideal for hiking, visiting the Villa Taranto Botanical Garden in Pallanza and the Borromean Islands, exploring the Luino market, mountain excursions, and visiting local natural parks.

🐶 Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the property.
